Can you make something completely custom?
Absolutely — that's our whole thing. Every piece at 3D Signs and Design is designed to your exact specification. Bring us your idea, a colour palette, a theme, a rough sketch on a napkin — and we'll turn it into something real. No templates, no cookie-cutter output.
How do I pay, and do I need to pay upfront?
Payment is made directly to 3D Signs and Design — there's no online payment required to place an enquiry. Once we've discussed your order and agreed on the details, we'll walk you through the payment process. We keep it straightforward and friendly.
How far in advance should I order for an event?
The earlier the better — especially for large custom pieces like backdrops, light-up letters, or cartoon characters. We recommend getting in touch at least 2–4 weeks before your event. That said, drop us a message and we'll always do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Do I need to visit in-store, or can I order remotely?
We're based in Chatsworth at 45 721 Road and love in-store consultations — there's nothing like seeing samples up close. That said, many customers start the conversation via WhatsApp and we handle the whole process from there. Just send us a message and we'll guide you.
